The inception of 'SavorAtlas' was rooted in a vision: introducing authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. The venture began as a tiny venture by the Romano kin in 1985, operating as a diminutive, family-oriented eatery featuring recipes passed down for generations.
The adept Mia Romano, our trailblazer, acquired the craftsmanship of pizza creation across her voyages in Italy, gaining knowledge from renowned chefs in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Once back in the UK, her resolve was to reconstruct the enchantment of true Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques with premium components.
Our small 12-seater pizzeria has now expanded into a cherished community fixture; nonetheless, our dedication to excellence and originality stands steadfast. We persist in employing ancestral wood-fired ovens, our dough is prepared fresh daily, and we remain committed to sourcing top-quality ingredients.
To this day, 'SavorAtlas' is still under the care of its original family, with the Romano successors at the helm of an enthusiastic team. While we have adopted novel technologies, the core of our operation remains unchanged: producing splendid, genuine pizzas that gather folks together.
