At SavorAtlas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing quality food and excellent service. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 10 minutes of placing it without any charges. Cancellations after 10 minutes may be subject to a cancellation fee, as the order may already have been processed or dispatched for delivery.

If you encounter an issue with the quality of your meal, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, include a photo. We will assess the problem and, at our discretion, may offer a full or partial refund, a replacement order, or a voucher for future purchases.

If you receive an order that is incorrect, we apologize for the inconvenience. Contact our customer service immediately, and we will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you as quickly as possible or provide a refund or credit for the incorrect items.

Refund Process
